I have extensive international connections as the president of a charitable foundation associated with the Club de Madrid. The Club de Madrid, is an independent non-profit organization composed of over 80 democratic former Presidents and Prime Ministers from more than 60 different countries.  I was one of the founders and served as President of the New England-Israel Chamber of Commerce and ran a trade mission to Israel from Massachusetts during which the first import/export alliance with Israel and a U.S. state for high-tech technology transfer was signed.
